Winding machine
Description
A winding machine is designed and assembled by Microsys lab. The machine supports a fully automatic coil winding with specific dimensions and/or specific wire gauge. The tool regulates all parameters to create a coil with joined turns without breakage.

- Rotating speed: 0 - 120 rpm
- Max inductor size: D = 140 mm, H = 130 mm
- Wire diameter: 30 μm - 1 mm
- Wire material: copper, steel, aluminum, gold, silver, etc.
- Overall size: 310 x 600 x 210 mm³
- Automatic generation of a report with data and process parameters
- Clean room compatible (ISO7).
Applications
The winding machine supports the realization of tailored inductors for various applications: transformer, inductive sensor, energy harvester, filtering inductor, and etc. The tool can also realize micro-springs or a coating with a controlled thickness.
